Automotive Repair Services

Shocks / Struts Service

New shocks and struts provide an improved ride, enhanced handling, better control, greater stability, shorter braking distance, better safety and superior comfort. So, how do you know if you need them? Let an AutoCade technician provide a thorough suspension system evaluation the next time you stop in for any one of our automove repair services. We will make suspension repair recommendations and provide you with price estimates.

Shocks and Struts Warning Signs

Shocks and Struts are not the only pieces of the suspension. Coil or leaf springs handle much of the abuse of the road. Your shock absorbers (shocks and struts) only handle the abuse caused by the rebound of the springs. You see, they both work together to keep your vehicle under control. Those components, plus a variety of control arms, shafts, rods, bushings, joints, and knuckles make up a conventional vehicle suspension system.
